The month of 30 days starts with a Saturday.
There will be 4 weeks and 2 days.

So total holiday will be 5 Sundays and 1 second and 1 fourth Saturdays=7 days
Working days =30−7=23 days.

⇒ (6x/5) + (51x/20)
⇒ (24x + 51x)/20
⇒ (75x/20)
⇒ (15/4)x
∴ Required % = [ (15/4)x % (1/5x) ] x 100
= (3/4) * 100
= 75%.
